34 The Shape of Change

Lately I’ve been spending a lot of time inside something I’m building... writing it, mapping it, and simply sitting with it. What’s been fascinating is that the more I write, the more I realize I’m not creating something new so much as bringing language to something that’s been happening in humans all along. A sequence that quietly guides us whenever real transformation takes place, whether we recognize it or not. Growth isn’t random. It has a shape.
